How do you drink your water in a day?

Water is one of the 5 foods our body needs, yet we don’t see it that way and mostly struggle to get through 2 to 3 Ltrs that our body needs to maintain health and have optimum circulation.

Here is a hack I did for myself that has worked well for me, many of frds who saw me started doing the same, So I felt inspired to share this with more people and spread the love.
